What are the qualifications to be considered for financing?

You must have a credit score of 520 or higher from at least one of the three (3) credit bureaus.
You must have a valid checking account. (click here if you are in need of a checking account)
You must have a monthly gross income of at least $1,250 and be at least 18 years of age.
You must also have at least one good line of credit showing on your credit report

How long does the approval process take?
It could take anywhere from 1-3 days for an application to be processed.

How will I know if I was approved?
You will be contacted by e-mail or telephone. It usually takes 2-3 business day before you will know the status of your application.

Am I guaranteed to be approved?
No. We do not guarantee approval.

When will my first payment be due?
Within thirty (30) days after receipt of your signed agreement. You will be allowed to choose your payment date. Uor options are the 1st, 10th, 15th or 25th of each month.

What is the process and how long will it take to receive my product(s)?
After your application is approved, you will receive an e-mail or telephone call from a SolutionsPlus2000.com representative to confirm your information and answer any questions you may have. After we receive your reply back we will send the paperwork to you via overnight FedEx. When your paperwork is returned back to our office, you will receive your financed product(s) within 7 to 10 business days.

What type of loan am I applying for?
You are applying for an actual loan. You own the system when the balance is paid in full. You may elect to payoff the loan early which will reduce the finance charges. You will not be penalized or be charged extra fees for early payoff.

Is a down payment required?
There is no down payment required. All products listed on this website are zero ($0) down.

What kind of credit do you need to have?
Your credit doesn't need to be perfect. We specialize in helping those with blemished credit. However, we do ask that if you have filed bankruptcy, that it should have been dismissed and also, that you be current on your present credit obligations.

What type of warranty will I receive and for how long?
All of our products have a minimum of one (1) year warranty protection from the manufacturer. However extended warranties are available to help to protect your investment. Please refer to each individual product for complete warranty information.

Are these products brand new?
Yes! All of our products are brand new. We do not finance used or refurbished products.

Can I request upgrades or accessories prior to delivery?
Yes, your representative will give you your options upon approval of your application.

Can they ship my computer to a P.O. Box address?
No, we can only ship your product to a physical address.
